Invicta S1-600 - British sports car maker Invicta is building a one-off supercharged version of its S1 coupé. Called the S1-600, the newcomer uses a 5.0-litre Ford V8, delivering 600bhp - that’s nearly twice as much power as the standard car’s 320bhp, 4.6-litre. (more…)
The look of a winner - One man blocked off a lay-by to prevent us getting away and demanded to know what the car was and where he could buy one. Later, another asked for the telephone number of Invicta so he could order an S1. You get to drive some attractive motors in this job, but we’ve never seen a reaction like this. (more…)
